Learning Partner

My Learning Partner Natalie Gibson is an English Language Instructor. I was little confused between Task based learning and Project based learning, but she clarified the difference between the two. I learned a new term PPP (Presentation, Practice, and Production) that is widely used in her field of instruction. Just like me, she is excited about integration of Flipped Classroom in her teaching.  She believes that a learner has its own learning styles and adults know about it better than children. Showing respect for that learning method influences learning. As Natalie takes more teaching responsibilities in future, she would like to keep herself updated with new skills and technology through workshops and training programs. Also, she feels the growing need to connect with other teachers and share ideas and experiences.
